My wife and I just came back from a whole day of flying and placed an order from this store through doordash at 7pm today.The... store accepted it at 7:01pm and right when the dasher went to pick it up an hour later, they cancelled the order. When I calledan employee told me that they closed at 730pm and then transferred me to a "manager" that said they closed at "around 7" andaccepted the order by mistake, only to cancel it an hour later when we could've ordered from a different place. Essentially theywasted a dasher's time who's making minimum wage and they lied about the time they closed. Both employees had a verycondescending tone. I usually don?t write reviews unless the service is wonderful and someone needs help growing their business. But I have been... meaning to say something kind about this pizza chain in our neighborhood for years so today is the day. First off, their pizzais our favorite!! The pizzas are consistently high quality and every time we branch out we have a new favorite - smokin sweetBBQ, gourmet garlic! But secondly, (and the reason I felt inclined to write this); the customer service at this branch isconsistently exceptional. The employees who work at the Mill Creek Garlic Jim?s are all so pleasant and it has been this way foryears! I keep thinking we just caught them on a good night but it is clear to me that they hire just genuinely good people. Theyare always so welcoming and even the people in the back making the pizzas will often strike up brief conversation or thank youfor coming in - but it never feels awkward or forced, just genuine and comfortable. This is my favorite pizza place around! I prefer Garlic Jims over many competitors in the area because of the high quality,... fresh ingredients. The homemade pizza sauce is very tasty! I like the vegetarian pizza and when asked, I know it will be handledseparately from the meat pizzas. Pricing is a bit higher than other pizza places, but to me it's worth it for the quality.
