Excellent place for dessert It's usually busy and you have to wait in queue to be served. Orders are processed in front of you... and the staff is very skilled and friendly. Their customer service is 10/10. They made a wrong order for me, which was rectifiedwith an apology plus they gave that wrong order for free as well. Read more
Ordered a ?like it? and a ?love it? signature on my online order. Came home to realize the ?love it? simply had a ?like it cup?... inside a love it cup. I paid for the love it size cup only not the ice cream. Rip off. Read more
This wouldn't be the first time we've ordered ice cream from this cold stone where what we ordered and what we received were... wildly different. I can totally understand being out of flavors or ingredients. And if that is the case you should just cancelthe order instead of sending the next closest thing. The third party delivery service won't even give us a refund for the order.I ordered a chocolate milkshake and was sent a cup of almond milk chocolate ice cream. And another cup of ice cream we orderedhad none of the mix ins we paid for. Cold stone used to be one of my favorite creameries. But now I'll do my best to avoid it. Read more

The ice cream is always good, but the staff turns over regularly and is usually quite young and inexperienced. Not a problem in... and of itself, but there seems to be no consistency in the training in terms of the amount of ice cream you get. One person maygive you a cup not full while others will make it full. The last time we were in the waffle bowls were stale which was abummer, usually not like that. Hopefully they figure out their staffing. Read more
