Just stopped for a coffee, went inside. There were 4 customers lined up and the teenage boy at the counter was looking around... talking to his coworkers and ignored all of us for 7 min before he bothered to take an order. He continued to ignore customersand spent more time looking at the computer screen and talking to his coworker then serving us. We were all complaining to themanager who was overwhelmed and didn?t seem to have a clue how to fix the situation. It was the worst service I have ever had atTim?s. People are short staffed everywhere, and I don't care much about the longer wait times, I am annoyed about no garbage cans, and... shouting at the order taker who claims they can't hear me, and even after reciting my order still getting it wrong, I hate beingserved tepid dark roast and being told it's fresh. And the few times I do go inside there's only 1 person on till in fronttrying to keep up all focus is in drive thru where they have what looks like 4 or 5 people. Read more

The sandwich maker cleared our order before making my coworkers food, then tried to tell us we didn't order a second wrap. When... finally preparing it he didn't put any of the ingredients in that are advertised (we both ordered spicy Buffalo wraps and minewas prepared correctly), the squished the wrap putting in into the container ripping it and making a mess Read more
Fast, delicious food. The staff are friendly and the store is clean. Dine in, drive through, or take out. A Canadian staple.
Stopped by at just before 9 am today. The cashier took my order of a chocolate croissant and coffee. She gave me a coffee and... plain croissant (wrong item). I went to the counter to let her know and she grabbed the croissant- threw it in the trash can andgave replacement. Why when it?s your own mistake would you throw perfectly good food in the trash?? I was baffled and asked herthat and she replied very loudly ?HAVE A NICE DAY? and quickly turned her back to me to serve the next customer. Very sad. Read more
