I like good coffee. We recently upgraded our home brewing set up, so I wanted to try a number of different varieties to see... where my tastes really lie - I've often gravitated to dark roasts, but I think that may be because it was the only coffee I'dever get that had flavour. I talked to Ryan about this, and he provided some samples of a number of Stone Temple Coffee'scurrent offerings. The main order was Dark Temple, in which I found familiar comfort with its robust and intense dark roastflavour. I was also sent some Shrunken Head, Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Espresso, Pink Donkey Decaf and the Honduran House blend (asa special treat). None of the coffees disappointed, but the ones that stood out were the Honduran and Shrunken Head andsurprised by the Pink Donkey Decaf - who knew decaf could be good coffee?? So two things to take from this - I found all thevarieties to be high quality, and the service and attention I received was outstanding. For a premium product, it is worth everybit of the price.
