It sucked. French fries burned, totally out of sweet tea, the pop machine was out of so many flavors especially my favorite,... Coke zero vanilla. No coke zero at all. Some sliders had pickles some didn't. The floor was filthy and very slippery in front ofthe pop machine. Won't be back. Spent $17. Read more

Probably the worst experience at any restaurant in this area. Ordered online and got there right when it was supposed to be... ready. 35 minutes later (20 minutes where they asked me to pull up because my food was not ready) I got my food. About 10 carsbehind me were able to order, pay, and get their food while I was waiting. I would not recommend anyone visit this restaurantand if you do, don't place an online order because it will cost you time. Read more
Corporate needs to come out here and evaluate this place. The manager is rude as could be. I constantly get huffs, puffs, and... eyerolls if I ask for any sauce or ketchup. I am a very patient person, I never get mad if the line is long or if its taking awhile to get my food, they get busy, I get it. But at least be kind to your customers. Read more
We live far away from white castle but whenever we are in the area we stop. I got a couple double burgers, onion petals and... drink and of course had to get a few singles to take home! White castle burgers are fresh and pretty inexpensive. They have afast drive thru and plenty of parking. Read more
Stopped at 1 am after getting off of work. Everything was perfect. Besides the cold fries. Maybe they had been sitting there... untouched. The line was 4 cars plus mine. The staff was friendly, polite and cared with smiles. Which took them sometime to getthe food cooked, but all than the fries everything else to good. Read more
The burgers were tasty, fries were not , cooked in old grease and browned. The Wendy's double stack with fries and nuggets and a... drink for 5 bucks is better ,you have to order 5-6 sliders to get as much beef . By then you are paying more for just sliders .It's basically 10 bucks at WC compared to 5 bucks for wendy's. Or 3 bucks to McDonald's. Although wendy's throws in fries andnuggets Read more
