40 minutes! Drive through experience ? people came, ordered and left while we waited on the drive thru from the front of the... store until we were able to reach the order speaker. The location was moderately clean. The table I sat at was a bit sticky but beyond that things were well kept. The inside was... pretty empty so I was able to order and then get what I ordered within about 1 minute (only got a strawberry frosty). I have toadmit the strawberry flavor was not my thing?. Horrible service drive thru attendant was screaming at my 60 year old mother because she couldn't handle her job. Asked my... mother to speak up and when she did started screaming at her telling her not to yell. She should feel real good about her selfscreaming at a 60 year old woman. This happens a lot at this location. But it seems to happen at many of the Wendy's locations. It's like they deliberately do... this when they're running low on fries during the rush at lunch time. Is this a corporate policy? It has happen more times thannot. I mean at least get it 3/4 filled but this is the full box, no fries in the bottom of the bag. They haven't been eaten ordropped out of the bag because it was closed all the way back to work. Treat people as you wish to be treated. Would you behappy to continually pay for a full order of fries just to find this repeatedly. Have some self respect and do your job right.And the burger was to have everything, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese and again, vegetables tend to never get on a burger witheverything. Slam them out as fast as you can, don't worry about completing the sandwich or the fries. Read more
Went about 30 mins before they close on 10/29/21, ordered 2 jr hamburgers and a fry. Everything was fine, got back to work and... started eating. When eating the second burger I thought there was a thin filmy piece of onion on it after a bite and pulled itout, it turns out it was actually two very thin pieces of plastic. I have no idea if this was an accident or intentional but Ihope to god the other burger I already ate was fine, but I don't think I can ever eat here again. Read more
Never opens the lobby which makes the line for drive thru 20 plus minutes long on a good day. Get it together or shut it down.... The owner needs a reality check that his place is being ran like trash . ZERO STARS Read more
