It's been a while since I've eaten at a Waffle House. First impression, a very kind and pleasant greeting from the staff.... Service was prompt, polite and friendly. The food was very good and exactly as described. We sat at the counter, watched thestaff hustle, as order after order came rolling out. The 3 guys at the grill were a machine. I currently work so this is a brag the service here is !!!OUTSTANDING!!! Store is clean spacious. The employees have a positive... strength that makes the atmosphere have an emotional temperature like no other place I have worked. Bill the manager is one ofthe most helpful people I have ever meet with a flawless genuine honest intention to provide the absolute best service withsafety not only for his customers but his job family as well. This is one of the better waffle houses I've been to. They were busy this morning but the staff was working hard and did a great... job. The food here is always excellent no matter the time of day or night and the staff is stellar! Always kind and courteous which I... appreciate so much. The pics of the menu on Google are inaccurate, however. The sausage egg and cheese grit bowl shows as $8.30on the menu here but at the store it was just over $10. Could be the same with other items. Easily the rudest servers I've ever seen/heard. I've been to this location several times and witnessed the servers repeatedly... interact with guests in a very poor manner often times yelling from across the restaurant instead of approaching and speaking tothe guests. I know Waffle House is a different kind of place but customers don't want to be yelled at, no matter what theatmosphere is. Read more
Service was fair. Had to wait over 5 minutes to get our table cleared off. The only other customers were checking out when we... got there. The only other two tables, available, were dirty as well. The far section was closed off. The cook did his job well.The food was good. Read more
Service was horribleble. We ordered meals. Waitress brought half, meanwhile cook thought he was done and went on break. Had to... ask for silverware after half our food was brought out. Then had to get up to get our own water. Waitress brought us bill beforeshe water and silverware . Took over an hour. There has to be Better help out there. When the realized how screwed up out orderwas he went straight to cooking rest of our meal. He apologized, Waitress never did. "But hey, she brought our bill very early"so waffle house got paid in full. Was not offered any kind of discount. I'm a milford resident. This will be passed on toeveryone I know and more Read more
