The employees are very kind and good at what they do I'm sure it takes a lot of training... to memorize everything on the menu because let's face it it can be somewhat complicated ordering a coffee. I had a very unpleasant experience today around 5:30 at this starbucks. the lead shift manager jeremy started yelling at his... workers who were busy doung their work, for no reason and being very condescendning to them. im sorry but if this is howstarbucks trins its managers to be rude to their workers i can only imagine how he is towards customers. I thingk he need to beevaluated and then retrained. im sorry your dont do that and cause your workers stress. this was at the store out in milfordohio on chambers drive. Read more

Extremely nice and friendly staff, even making friendly jokes through the intercom for the drivethru. Always get my order right the first time, I love to start my day off by coming here.
