Showed up at 8:53pm to get food for my family. Maybe not the best idea since they close at 9pm on Sunday, however, at 8:53 the... employees had already locked the door and just stared at me through the window. When I called the store immediately after, theemployee who answered refused to say his name and also REFUSED to give me their corporate contact info. Very unprofessional andwould not recommend. Got food right before they close and they put mayonnaise on it when I didn't ask for it, I called and asked if I could come the... next day just to receive my order or atleast a refund and I was told that penn station does not do refunds and I was not aloudto pick up my order! Ontop of that I was offered a coupon in the mail, which is going to take how long to get to me by the way?Seriously.... Read more
when they opened it was one of the best sub shops around , they have gone downhill, quality is no where what it used to be ,... hardly any meat on sandwiches, prices are sky high ,they shut down there rewards app, and are not paying any rewards peopleearned. DO NOT GO TO VERITY PARKWAY LICATION IN MIDDLETOWN OHIO There was a wirey string in my sandwich. The owner was very rude and... accused me if putting it in there myself. Refusing to refund my money. I would attach pictures if I could. I calledcorporate and they said that store is privately owned. It's still a reflection on the Penn Station name. Shame on then. Just went to penn station in Portsmouth ohio took for ever to get our order no one was in there got home with our order only had... half of it and the other half was wrong called them and their manager was rude. Had to give them one star only because theydon't have negative stars...that was the first time going there and it will be the last... Read more
Penn Station , 4916 Illinois Road , Fort Wayne , Indiana I ordered on line today as I have done in the past , arrived at the... location where I ordered , saw the subs were ready , stepped up to the cashier the young man verified my order , looked at thesubs and walked away , several minutes later a gal asked her co workers if anyone has heard from customer (?@$$@@) , I spoke upand stated I have been waiting several minutes , she looked at the subs , I said those grilled subs are now cold and soggy , shebold face lied to me stating that she just pulled them off the grill , then she walked away , several more minutes pass beforeanother young man begins making my fries . This location has been going downhill now they lie to the customer . I use thecellphone app , I cannot contact penn station as the I am not a robot portion keeps giving errors .
