Showed up at 8:53pm to get food for my family. Maybe not the best idea since they close at 9pm on Sunday, however, at 8:53 the... employees had already locked the door and just stared at me through the window. When I called the store immediately after, theemployee who answered refused to say his name and also REFUSED to give me their corporate contact info. Very unprofessional andwould not recommend. Got food right before they close and they put mayonnaise on it when I didn't ask for it, I called and asked if I could come the... next day just to receive my order or atleast a refund and I was told that penn station does not do refunds and I was not aloudto pick up my order! Ontop of that I was offered a coupon in the mail, which is going to take how long to get to me by the way?Seriously.... Read more
when they opened it was one of the best sub shops around , they have gone downhill, quality is no where what it used to be ,... hardly any meat on sandwiches, prices are sky high ,they shut down there rewards app, and are not paying any rewards peopleearned. Do your self a favor go somewhere else. Read more
