Best french toast ever! Restaurant could use a real deep cleaning. Rylee is THE best server hands down!
15 minute wait to be seated, ordered immediately, 40 minutes later I was told that it's going to be at least another 10 plus... minutes before the food would be ready so we left. The server was extremely nice and didn't feel we should pay for our drinks.This was before the breakfast rush and upon leaving there must've been 8 families waiting for seating. Read more
We got a table quickly on a Sunday morning. My husband's eggs weren't correct but they did try to remake them (at the server's... insistence) and then when they weren't correct again, my husband ate them without complaint but the server asked the manager totake a couple dollars off the bill. absolutely terrible service. i dined in with 3 other people. the second we walked through the door our server was rude. i?m a... server myself, so i tried to be patient with her, and continued to be respectful. but i also believe that respect goes bothways. she would continuously talk over us, interrupt us, wouldn?t fix anything we had issues with. didn?t check on us once afterour food was dropped off, and never got any refills. when we had to stop her to ask for the check, she brought it over and weasked for a to go drink. she brought and empty cup with nothing. after being disrespected multiple times and not given anythingwe asked for. i paid in cash and didn?t leave a very good tip. again i?m a server myself, you get what you work for. my friendpaid with her card which was $17.17. she didn?t leave a tip on her card at all and ONLY signed her name. come to find out thisserver tipped herself anyway. when we called to speak to a a manager about it was not handled at all. the manager was completelydisrespectful as well, and hung up on us. we called back, and the manager said the $5 tip was written down, even tho all of uswitnessed that she didn?t write anything other than her name, so not only did she add the tip herself, she wrote it on thereceipt. they refused to tell us their names, so we don?t even know who the server NOR the manager are. our server was anafrican american female with long hair and tattoos. we called corporate and this will be handled because this is literallyCREDIT CARD FRAUD. do NOT waste your time going to this location. i?ve never had such terrible service and i will NEVER be back. This will undoubtedly be the last time we eat here. Service from the time we walked in and back out was sub par. The eggs were... tiny alongside the hashbrowns. We had to get our own Syrup from another table which clearly had water added to it. The pricethey charged for an 8 ounce glass of orange juice seemed steep at $4. I could once say I've never gone to breakfast and spentover $50 only to leave still hungry and a little more broke. Read more
