This is probably the dirtiest Dunkins I've been to. I know a majority of people use the drive-thru but the counter is also a... place of service. They were busy and understaffed. I ordered a medium ice carmep machiato with extra extra caramel. Pull up to the window and I can see the guy making my drink, it... is 95% full of milk, barely has any room to pour the espresso. He hands it to me and it is almost completely white, meaningthere's hardly any coffee in it. And I clarified with him this is with extra Carmel right and he said yes. Every single time I come here, it has just gotten worse with whoever runs the drive-through, he doesn?t even let you finish your... order and he constantly interrupts you and it?s extremely rude, I stated one day that I wanted a large refresher and they gaveme a small and he said he would have to charge my card again for a large so I just took the small but I let him know that if hewould not interrupt people in the middle of ordering he could get their order correct. Hey clearly has not changed and I willjust go somewhere else from now on because it?s actually stressful to try to order something here without getting interruptedbefore you even finish your sentence. Called the location because it has on the website you sell chicken salad and the man who answered the phone gave a really rude... answer of ?this is a dunken donuts, why would we sell that?. And over all acting as if we were asking for something that wasimpossible I?ve worked in food to know people can just ask about a menu and should not be met with hostile answers. One of the best Dunkin locations i have been to. Family owned and operated, they do an amazing job, at their busiest they are... cool and collected while getting worked to death, and I watch people just treat the staff like dirt! Drinks are always delicious, correct, and fast. When I ordered hash browns, it tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in ages.... Or like they are frying things in the same oil that shouldn't be fried together. Anytime I stop inside now, it smells like thatoil. Staff is very friendly. Read more
