This is probably the dirtiest Dunkins I've been to. I know a majority of people use the drive-thru but the counter is also a... place of service. They were busy and understaffed. I ordered a medium ice carmep machiato with extra extra caramel. Pull up to the window and I can see the guy making my drink, it... is 95% full of milk, barely has any room to pour the espresso. He hands it to me and it is almost completely white, meaningthere's hardly any coffee in it. And I clarified with him this is with extra Carmel right and he said yes.
