I tried a everything bowl, it was ok, not great, the food wasn't very hot or fresh tasting. I wasn't offered a biscut or bread... with my order. The server was very nice and did her best but we noticed that she had way too many tables to serve so the foodwas coming out slow and coffee and drinks weren't getting refilled. This location in Milford Ohio is usually very good not sureif it was just a bad day for them, short staffed or what but hopefully it will be better next time! Read more

Like anywhere these days they are short staffed. I believe the evening we went they only had two servers. We are an... understanding patient couple and wouldn't have minded the wait for service if we hadn't watched a table of four get set after usand had their during and meal orders taken, even had drinks delivered before our waitress even came to our table. It was clear that the store was severely understaffed I placed a pickup order and it was almost a half hour late just to receive... it while I was waiting in the parking lot. I had to follow the customer rep inside the restaurant as I yelled for theirattention, because I could clearly see the order was mine. I placed the timed order to better fit into my schedule, which wasirrelevant at that point. They also do not have enough parking for curbside. I had to park and find the relevant placard to knowwhat number to call. This was my first experience with this service with them and it was just terrible. Read more
So-so .... Service is a bit slow. Tables seem to be wiped down quickly and not completely clean. Table was sticky. Food was... good but hard to get past the dirty bathrooms and sticky table. I unfortunately rate this Bob Evans restaurant lower thanaverage compared to other locations I've visited over the years. Read more
We were visiting from Georgia for a family function. We were in a mood for old fashioned grandma's cooking since, we were... staying at the Holiday Inn Express we decided to try Bob Evans. It was just the way I remembered it from years ago. Food wasgood. Cooked perfectly and brought back old memories. Service was exceptionally good. Prices are down right cheap from today'sstandards. All in all good restaurant for the older crowd who still long for diner type food. The banana nut bread wasdelicious. Turkey dinner and breakfast tasted just like it did 25 years ago. Read more
Manager and staff extremely nice despite being short staffed. We waited quite a bit before we were seated but was totally... understandable considering they didn't have enough people to do things like they should be able to. We were greeted more thanonce as we waited and thanked for our patience repeatedly. Took longer than we might have expected but the staffs graciousattitudes more than compensated for our wait.
