Overpriced items. Most staff isnt aware of product sold. They said they don?t sell chorizo?they do. It?s worth the drive in... price savings and assistance alone, MB isn?t far. Additionally, they close ALL doors but exit (enter there) well before closing,at times 1 hour before. Staff doesn?t bother helping and watches business walk away confused. Read more

Shaw's has a good selection, some stuff is hard to find other places, but the prices can be a bit steep.

The store was fairly well stocked, had multiple checkout lanes open which were appropriate for the amount of customers.

Prices are a bit high compared to all other stores. However, the price is worth it for their produce. It's always very fresh.

There are lots of hoops to jump through to get the advertised sale prices. Even when you clip all the virtual coupons and buy... the correct product and number, there is often a glitch that they over charge you. Three times in a row I had to get a manageror the service desk to refund money from my purchase. One time was $37, the next time was $19 and then $12. All three purchaseswere under $100, so the percentages of over charging are considerable. Read more

I very recently needed flowers for an important birthday. After calling florist, I was told the bouquet I wanted would cost... between $65-$85 dollars. Long story shortened, I showed Michelle in the floral department the pictures of what I needed, and inminutes I had the flowers and products I needed to put it together. She was friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable in myquest. In ending my bouquet cost $37.45, which I was able to reduce to $17.45 with my Shaws rewards. Michelle was great! Read more

This store's website and "just for u" weekly sales are awful. Read jfu CAREFULLY or you will get charged full price. Also check... your receipts CAREFULLY, even regular sale prices are not guaranteed to ring up correctly. Also trying to get website to loadquickly in store is very frustrating! I have been told it depends on where you are standing in the store matters,and employeewas dead serious when she told me this. Foolishly, I checked website every isle I went down, and still could not get it to loadand stay loaded? Huh? I left store thinking, why do I put myself thru this every week? Oh,and I have complained about thisbefore, and their answer is always the same, "our IT people are working on it",and "we are so sorry". Unless you have somethingnew to add,don't bother answering. Always easy shopping here. They have excellent bakery and deli items which is why I mainly shop there. Employees are very nice... and seem to enjoy their job. Read more
