Really good food. Love their egg drop soup! The prices are reasonable and the portions are decent size.
Mandarin has slipped with portion sizes getting smaller and food quality not that good. Chicken fingers were greasy and small,... fried rice and lo mein are served in a little bowl that?s enough for one person. We used to come here often, but there arebetter choices outside of Milford. Read more
Great atmosphere with many dining options, table service, bar or sushi bar. We had table service. The lunch specials were... well prepared and a generous portion. We also tried some of their sushi as an appetizer which we found delicious. The staffwas attentive but never rushed. Read more
My wife and I spend a few days here a few times a year. We decided to stay in Milford and was hungry when we arrived. We decided... on Mandarin Milford and was not disappointed. We had a small wait and got a quaint booth. She decided to have some Wonton soupand it was wonderfully full of great flavors. We both had Kung Pao, she had chicken, I had the shrimp. They both were deliciousand flavorful. Surprisingly, they had slightly different ingredients to complement the difference of chicken / shrimp. Usually ihave found that they are both made exactly the same, just swap the chicken for shrimp. We had an order of fried rice as well wesplit and that was very good as well. We intend on coming back this week before we have to return home. Highly recommendchecking them out for a wonderful meal. They also had beautiful sushi dishes passing us while we were waiting for our table. Read more
If you care about accuracy or food safety, stay far away. Someone in my party mentioned an allergy and all they said was ?well... what you ordered doesn?t have that? as if cross-contamination isn?t a thing. First restaurant I?ve been to that didn?t takeallergies even remotely seriously. If you have life-threatening allergies, a visit isn?t worth the risk. They need to keep inmind they can be held liable? negligence can be a crime for food safety. Staff is also incredibly rude. Omg! AWESOME experience! got 2 scorpion bowl drinks to go and a lot of take out to go. No disappointment at all! Drinks were... awesome added my own ice. food was awesome! that time was great, now I have noticed for the past 4 or 5 takeout orders spread over 2 months food is not as good as it was. i even try to order at slow times, give a great tip (pay online ) and to noavail, cooking seems rushed, portions smaller, lacks the quality it used to have. : ( Read more
I'm staying in Milford (from CA) for a training course about 15 mins away. I thought I'd find a Sushi spot here and check it... out. It's a nice place and the atmosphere in the bar was good. I had to eat in the bar (because the rest of the seating wasclosed) and the bartender/waiter wouldn't recommend any rolls. So after a few minutes I decided on a Godzila roll and a rainbowroll. As you can see they look fantastic on my plate. Maybe I should have left them there... ???? I order a rainbow roll atevery sushi restaurant I go to. That way I can judge the flavor of the roll on a pretty even playing field. The fish on the rollall tasted the same. It really had no flavor at all. The godzilla roll had more flavor but was still pretty bland. I foundmyself board after a few pieces. If I lived here I'd give this place another try in a moth or so and order different rolls. I'lltry a different spot tomorrow night and see if Milford can raise the bar a bit. ???? I spent 20 bucks a roll and it definitelywasn't worth that price tag. Read more
Small portions, overcooked, and overpriced-food is at best average. The server demanded a tip???????? Such a demand is very,... very unprofessional and rude. I hope people see this review as this has happened to many before check out othersreviews. ???????? Read more
