The Milford KFC has never been one of my favorite KFC's. It's usually not very clean inside, and they are often out of things I... want to order. But alas, it's the only KFC near me. When available, their pot pies are pretty good, and i love their mac andcheese and their cold slaw. I think KFC chicken in general often has a sliminess to it, which I really don't like. I thinkPopeye's makes much better chicken. But we don't have one of these nearby either, so I'm stuck with Milford KFC. Read more

I went to KFC in Milford tonight. Ordered a two pc dark. Sat down and realized it was a breast and drum. Took it back and they... said they didn?t have any thighs in regular. I said I?ll take take crispy. She took the breast off my plate and put it backinto the warmer and gave me a crispy thigh. So I guess they will serve it to someone else??? OMG Then I asked for butter for mybiscuit. I was told management does not let them order butter anymore! I said ?a biscuit with out butter? ) Omg ! She saidsorry?. So I went back to the table. Started to eat my biscuit (we had ordered two meals), both of the biscuits were as hardas a rock. I went back up the the counter again and told them they were as hard rocks. She said ? too hard?? I then bangedthem on the counter?.. they didn?t even break, I would have needed a hammer to break them. They gave me two more, they lookedbetter. Sat down to finally eat. The mashed potatoes were barely warm and the biscuits were not cooked all the waythrough?.like dough in the center ???????? The coleslaw was good. The service was pretty slow, i think they were averaging almost 2 minutes or more between orders, but the food was the biggest... disappointment. Out mashed potatoes pretty much were marinated in the gravy so they bother tasted like they had been watereddown. The extra crispy checked was very good, but not as moist as it should have been. The best items were the biscuits whichwere as good as they always are. I wish KFC worked harder at being more consistent, when you can only east at a place one a year(I don't have a death wish like desire for a heart attach) it sucks when they don't get it quite right. KFC food prepared to KFC standards. My order was exactly what I ordered. A lot of restaurants in the area have staff... shortages, and this KFC is no exception. There was a longer than usual wait time but I give the staff props for doing theirbest. Read more
My experience at this location was awful! The restaurant was trashed, there was food and garbage all over the floors, it was... unsanitary! Why would anyone want to buy there food at a place that dont get cleaned! I looked around and cancelled my order andleft! NASTY! Read more
