I usually come here for dinner because I work in the Plaza, and I work evening shift usually. A Month or two ago, everything was... fine, the employees were very nice, service was great and fast, and I never got the wrong order. However, a whIle ago, I'm notsure if there was a change in mangement or something, but all of the old employees left and new ones came in. Since then, it'sonly been going downhill. The new workers barely understand english, have extremely thick accents, and if they don't get yourorder wrong, they don't come up at all, sometimes I've had to call out for someone to come from the back, and I've come in toseeing lines with most of them on their phones, even behind the counter. Lastly, today (Tuesday Nov 23) I went in at 6:40, andthey close at 8, yet they were already closing up and taking stuff off the shelves and had shut down the sandwich section. Read more

This place is absolutely the worst. I last came here a month ago and it took an hour to get my order. Now I understand the drive... thru speaker was broken and all, but an hour??? So I went again today because it was just more convenient and ordered an Icedcoffee and plain bagel. Got the coffee right away but then waited 35 minutes for the bagel. They asked me to park out front andI asked if that was really necessary for a plain bagel. They said yes. So I sat and waited . And waited. Of course they nevercame out. Young man working the register today august 19th at around 315 pm was very rude at the speaker when taking my order and at the... window. He then proceeds to sneeze in his hand and make food which came out soggy and and undercooked. I also heard him sayingabout how he doesnt care if he gets fired while he was making the food. Don't waste your time here not the first time i have anissue here go to honey dew or a different dunkin instead. Read more

I go there every day ! but it seems lately the staff is just untrained they were unable to make my medium iced mocha latte three... times so I left without getting a refund because they were not sure how to do that!!!!! Read more

Ordered on the app and the order wasn't complete. Waited 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged I was there. There were 3 people... inside that had incomplete orders and someone from the drive through had an incomplete order. Read more

Terrible customer service. Got the order wrong. No apology. No acknowledgement. This was after a tip too. Should have taken that... back. Will not be back here. Front doors were locked. Wasn?t even busy. Long wait at the drive thru. Not busy. Coffee order was wrong. And crew was... complaining over the speaker very clearly. Disappointment. Not going there ever again. Read more
