Worst Dunkin in Milford so far Order on to go app 20-15 min before and when you get it there (drive-thru or walk-in) it's not... ready. They need to work on their staff and have a good manager . Read more
Order wasn't prepared right (sandwich only had one sausage when I requested 2 pieces in the app when placing the order). They... begrudgingly offered to remake, but was in rush and didn't have time to wait. They were unable to offer a refund since I paidin the app. Corporate needs to figure out a way to make that happen, otherwise it's just theft. Read more
This dunks might be the worst one that I ever go to. Consistently gets orders wrong, has poor attitudes, and takes way longer... than it should. Window guy was rude-just snatched at my credit card. I had ordered a large hot latte at the drive-up window. Got a large boiling... hot coffee, no milk, top not secure. No collar to hold easily. I picked up the coffee as I was driving-- the top came off,coffee scalding me. I had to drop the large coffee on my passenger seat. A mess. Painful burn on my hand and stomach. I wentback when I had regained my composure. Asked to see the manager. No manager. What a surprise.... I asked for the phone numberof the manager or owner. Got a 1 800 number. I also got some snickers from the back room. Never going back. I can't be theonly one to receive bad treatment from an unsupervised staff. Read more
