2.99 for a cup of ice and that wasn't my only purchase. If I had knly walked in and asked for a cup of ice I would have expected... the mouthwash cup they offered me for "convince", but no. In order for me to get 32 cubes of ice they charged me $2.99. Andbecause I have a disability and needed the ice for consumption I had no other choice. Rediculous!Ridiculous!! Wawa's sandwichesare better anyway and a free Xtra large cup of ice with any purchase, hope you get your customers wishes in order before theychoose to go elsewhere because Milford, DE isbt that big and places come and go quickly!!! Didn?t get what I ordered at all , wrong type of wrap ! No extras that I asked for no sauce and a small thing of meat I?m very... upset at this subway ! I?ve ate these wraps since they came out and this is disappointing to look at you should train your staffin how to make them properly and should check before it leaves if they are new ! Went in got a salad... well not sure I would call it a salad... barely ANY lettuce ask for more lettuce and was given like a... Tablespoon more... ask for Spinach, onions, Cucumbers, and peppers... got barely any of those also. Got plenty of tunathough... but who wants tuna and no veggies when you want a Salad. Absolute worst service ever!! I placed an online order via the Subway app at 4:45 for it to be ready at 5:50. I received an... email letting me know that my rider was almost ready at 5:34. Upon my arrival at 6:00 I went up to the pi kup portion of thecounter and was told that they still had to finish the order. There was heavy foot traffic into this establishment that the 2employees would stop making online orders and assist those customers. I also discovered while sitting there waiting for almost45 minutes that if DoorDash orders came across the system that regular subway orders were getting bumped back to make theDoorDash subs. I understand that no one wants to be in the position of having angry customers backing up in your lobby but ifit's not feasible to make the online orders that come over the system maybe they should limit the number of orders accepted. Edit: just stopped again today(10/15/18) while traveling through and it?s not clean at all. As I sat there eating my food I lost... my appetite when I realized how nasty and unkept the restaurant it. The pictures are from today. Not to bad. Good staff. Butseriously you need a changing table in at least the women?s restroom and also you need to deep clean the bathrooms. Read more
