I?m still currently sitting in the drive-through I?ve done sat in this drive-through for 15 minutes. Nobody is answering any of... the headsets to collect orders. This is very pitiful and unprofessional. Read more
Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. What's so difficult as to why this McDonald's can't get it right? Spent $30 on... breakfast and didn't receive a sausage mcgriddle. Went inside and was told it was put in the bag and there was no extra food...it was put in the bag. I go check again and still not there. After 10 minutes of back and forth they finally gave it to me. Ispent $30 on my food why would I be trying to get a free $2 sandwich...it wasn't in my bag. They not only made me wait but mademe look crazy to other diners and made me feel super embarrassed because I didn't have a sandwich in my bag like I was trying tosteal. Came here last night and The drive through service was kind of slow but mostly because my boyfriend and I came here pretty close... to closing and there was a few other customers also ordering. Otherwise the food was quickly made and it was warm too. Read more
Very tense situation when entering the facility. All the employees looked as if they all just got done having their butts yelled... at by the higher ups. When the employees spoke, they instantly threw shade or attitude towards whoever they were speaking to.The kitchen floor was covered in napkins, straws, paper, trash, food, etc. No gloves or masks worn while prepping/packing food.There were so many customers that all the kiosks had lines & the lady at the cash register had a line. There was a line ofcustomers by the counter waiting for their orders. The drive thru was lined up all the way around the building pretty much. Itwas a miserable & tense time the whole time I was present in the facility. I do not like to complain about things like this buthow do you expect anything to get better if there is never any constructive criticism? Or at least an honest opinion on how aperson feels being in the facility? It's suppose to be a calm, happy, family oriented, fast food restaurant. Terrible! I went to the drive thru. I ordered a bagel a hash brown and a soda. I sat there for 13 minutes. Finally I had to go... inside. I asked for a manager. Carmen is who very rudely addressed me. I was told to hold on twice by her in an extremely rudeway. It was 1025 in the morning. Then she never once apologized for the wait or even thanked me. I didn?t get my food until1038. What?s wrong with good customer service anymore!! She should not be management. The cashiers were much more polite andprofessional than her!! They didn't have my Sausage Egg McMuffin for $2.50 on today, 3/24/22
I was extremely impressed. This store was spotless clean and moderately busy. The food was brought to our table, and the young... kid/man was more polite than most adult waiters. The food, its McDonald's, but the eggs were cooked and not runny, the biscuitsweren't mushy the sausage and coffee was hot. Over all, I dont usually give fast food restaurants a 10 but today was anexception and for good reason. WAY TO GO MCDONALDS!!! Read more
