I love chick Chick Fil A?. I am so dissatisfied this time in Milford location, had me waiting 5 min for my food than they told... me to park they will have someone to bring my food. order a number 5 with fries and for my daughter a 5CT chicken nuggets, gothome open her food first when I open her box only 2 small chicken strips and no kids toy in the bag? And no 5 count? Why thewait? I wish I could have go back but I leave 15 min away. Read more
My biscuit was hard and dry on the sandwich and the biscuit by itself it's the second time it's happened and while I was waiting... forever in the drive thru which is rare at a chick filet the mgr was standing up there playing on his cell he was very nice buttht was unprofessional Read more
Sat in the drive thru over 20 mins. Not a complainer but last time i came none of the sauce i asked for was put in my bag and... the time before that i paid for a chicken egg and cheese biscuit and only got plain chicken on a biscuit. Definitely done wity?all. Read more
This location was totally disorganized and the staff were very slow with 1 exception. The drive through lane that I pulled into... had a young woman taking orders and she was extremely slow... she repeated everything back to you in a very slow very low tone.On the other hand the young man running the other lane was quickly getting cars through his lane and had a nice happy highenergy spirit to him. After placing my order I went onto the next person who takes your name to ensure the orders are in correctorder based on when they were taken.... he was also slow and then tried to get me to add a gallon of tea to my order. Notcool... and made the line ahead much slower. When I finally got to the window my coffee did not look good, my food was alreadycold and fries were droopy. ???? I was given about 6 containers of chic-fil-a sauce though.... so that was nice! Overall justnot a great experience. Read more

A hit & run happened at this facility about 2 weeks ago. A White Toyota Corolla & a gentleman on a Bicycle were involved in the... hit & run with the Corolla being the one to hit the Gentleman, knocked their bumper off, & then the Corolla sped out the parkinglot, leaving their bumper behind, & choosing to not check on the gentleman they just hit. The gentleman laid on the pavement forabout 5-10 minutes due to being injured. Here is the Corolla, with the bumper missing, & the license plate. Read more
Chick-fil-A is hands down the best fast food chain. It's so good it doesn't even deserve to be called fast food. You really... can't beat their chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Also I love their breakfast sandwiches more than any other fast foodrestaurant. I really appreciate how fast they are too. Read more
The food was good and fresh, but I took 2 stars given that I ordered a large fry, and pictured is the untouched box, half empty.... I paid extra to get a medium anyway. Very annoying. 3yrs later, and I'm coming back to comment the same issue. Large fry box isonly half full. If I'd wanted a small, that's what I would've paid for. Frustrating. Read more
