Very possibly the worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke but after 3 bad... experiences, I'm calling this one for what it is. I prefer my pretzels fresh and am more than willing to wait the 10 minutesthat it takes to cook because I'm not too keen on having a dried out pretzel that's been under the heat lamps for 30 or 40minutes. In any case, the lady who runs the place or is the franchisee is always nasty about me requesting a fresh one and isforever telling me that her pretzels are never more than 10-15 minutes old at any given time.
