Ordered a 10 piece mcnuggets meal and was given and charged for a 20 piece. After showing the workers that we didn't order a 20... piece, we were told that WE were incorrect and that we actually did order a 20 piece. After telling them that they were wrongthey promptly started helping another costumer. In the end, they took back the 20 piece and gave us a 10 piece, where theyscrewed up the refund and charged us extra. Read more
My family and I have been traveling across state for a while and decided to stop (in new Milford) to grab some food, due to my... medical condition, I cannot wear a mask. We got up to the line to order, one worker had asked about my mask and I told them Ican?t wear one. She then told me I cannot be served. So I stepped back and let my brother order for me since he was wearing hismask. The lady was very rude and disrespectful to the rest of them after our encounter. We received our food, but everything wasmessed up with our order, stuff was ok our burgers that is unknown, so we had to throw them away. All of our drinks were alsomessed up. I was so excited to have my last chicken tender meal for a while. Let me just say the sprite machine is not currently working. I... come home thinking about the delicious sprite and I take a sip and you forgot to put the syrup in it or whatever. I?m very angryand that ruined my night honestly. Not trying to be rude, but I am never going back if this problem isn?t addressed. I spent somuch money just for some acidic water and I don?t event get my money back so yes I?m upset. Poor service. Just came from the store to purchase a Mango Smoothie. I am a bus/truck driver. As I saw a sign posted stating bus... drivers only, I politely asked a black woman with short hair in her 60s if they offer any spacial discount for bus drivers. Shewas making my smoothie. Suddenly, she shouted me out with a dirty attitude like I was a nuisance. Another man was next to metrying to explain to her my simple question. She replied to the man next to me I know the answer like she knew anything aboutme. I felt like leaving the drink I just paid for, but I decided to take it and leave the store to stay away from her. Now I don't usually take the time to complain about places I ate but this McDonald's location is just ridiculously bad. I... stopped there to grab a quick bite but It was anything but quick and it wasn't busy...the person making the food (I could see)was moving so slow that my co-worker had the time to get pizza across and eat it too...before I got my order! Once I did get myorder, they didn't give me my drink and I had to wait there while the manager filled a cup of coke for herself, tilting it sohalf went in the drain and half in her cup so there'd be no foam, taking forever to do it and she did it twice and dranktwice(!!!) while I'm waiting forever in disbelief to get my food! Absolute "don't give a @#$% service" at this location and themanagement there should be ashamed. Read more
Very big place fast service hot fresh fries
Quite nice placs to grab a food and beverage but little bit pricey.
Got Oreo McFlurries that were really good. Guy was nice, quick service.
