I?m visiting from NC. I was told this pizza was one of the best. I?m sorry to say I was very disappointed. Although there was... plenty of toppings, there was barely any cheese. There were so many empty areas. There are a few things I enjoy when I comehome to visit, good pizza is one of them and I have been throughly disappointed and will never go back to this establishment.Then when I called to complain about it they said ?that?s how it comes? SO, your pizza comes without cheese? INTERESTING. Youdon?t have to worry about me coming back. I usually like to praise rather than give bad reviews but really...?!? Awhile ago I had to start telling the person who answers... the phone not to add parmigiana cheese to my meals because ?it?s put on everything? was the response. But that?s the purpose ofordering exactly what it says on the menu & no other ingredients should be added unless the customer asks for it. Then today! Iordered a sausage, pepper & onion grinder with extra peppers & onions. I got a lot of sausages on a grinder roll with diced rawpeppers & onions! Did I pay extra? Aren?t peppers & onions on a sausage & pepper grinder supposed to be cooked!!? Shouldn?tthere be huge chunks to make it taste juicy? Is it me or should we get what we actually ordered? Read more
This establishment originally had a 5 star rating from me until my recent order. I placed an order for delivery totaling to $5... but was charged $9 once my order arrived. Because it didn?t meet their delivery minimum which I was not informed about what soever by phone nor does their recently updated takeout menu list the required amount needed to receive the free delivery.Although their food is delicious, I will be refraining from any further orders unless I?m picking up my food personally. While this use to be an acceptable pizza place, they do not live up to their advertisement to match coupons. They refused to... accept one of THEIR coupons for a large pizza with 1 topping & 2 liter soda at their price on the coupon. There was NOexpiration date. However, their refusal worked to my advantage. Silver Sands delivered 1 large pizza with 1 topping for $9.99,included a roll with their large Greek salad and wings. And, they were quicker! East Shore missed out on a large order becauseof their refusal to honor their coupon and a customer for ever. Read more
I live in hotels 48 weeks per year and enjoy trying food from everywhere. 24 minutes from web order to hotel room, unheard of!... Extra plates, utensils, and napkins because I?m not at home, thoughtful. Fresh, did I say fresh ingredients. Very hot! One bitereview. Mmmm! Crust is like a breadstick. Sauce is perfect.
