Looks like a nice place, alot of open lanes and shoes available on a Saturday @ noon. BUT they are " NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC TILL... AROUND 5, AND THEN I WOULD WANT TO MAKE A RESERVATION ONLINE" per the person at the register at the main counter. Read more
Bowlero is an excellent place to have fun with friends. The site offers a considerable space with multiple bowling lanes. Also,... a disco atmosphere with excellent music and lighting keeps a high-energy vibe. The only caveat was about the long wait for ourdinner. It took around 1 hour to get our order. Awesome place to take your family and have a great time! Took our 3 y/o here for the first time on her birthday with her 2 y/o... sister. The place is equipped for kids of all ages, it's safe to say and the staff is accommodating. The music and lightingcreate a fun environment. Expensive, though. 4 players: shoe rental, 2 games each = $126. Appetizer platter & 4 soft drinks =$60. Arcade for 30 minutes = $150. This was for Saturday around 6pm. Read more
I needed to make a reservation for 9 people so I started the process through their online website and the price was ridiculous... ($500+) so I decided to call instead and I spoke to a very nice gentleman named Robert who helped me out tremendously from themoment I called to the moment we left the place. Not only did he give me a better (reasonable) price but it turned out to beequivalent to a package that included 2 snacks! He sent everything to my email to be reviewed and when we showed up to the eventhe greeted me and went over everything with great detail and kindness. He told me Jenny would take care of us, she was our laneserver and she was? PERFECT ???? She was so nice, provided the BEST customer service! (She needs a raise Bowlero Cooperate)this rating gets 4 stars even tho we had excellent costumer service and an amazing time because the bar situation. They only hadONE bartender and I felt so bad that she had to tend to so many ppl on a busy Saturday. We've been here twice in three weeks and both times it took over 35 minutes to get any drinks brought to our table. BOTH times... the servers said, "I'll get it for you" and disappeared, never to be seen again. Besides that, the place is fun to bowl andalways a fun place. Read more
