Finally a B&N with a really good horror section. But I have to knock this place a few stars because a few of the staff members... have been rude and once they put out a sign for criterion film discounts that they refused to honor. When I showed them the signclearly said what I had been telling her, the cashier got really cranky and rude. She honored what the sign said but acted likeit was a huge ordeal and personal favor and then an hour later when my boyfriend came in, they had already taken down the sign. Read more
Great store, big and open. We were there for an author meet and greet. The staff weren't all in the know about it but they were... all very welcoming once they realized what was expected. The managers were very helpful. Read more

Use to love going to Barnes and noble , not so much anymore. They?ve gone woke and political. Every section either has books... about Biden or anti Trump books. It?s disgusting and biased! Well I was surprised when I saw this! It?s definitely in the rightsection!! Read more
Barnes and Nobles in Milford is a very relaxing place to browse for books on a weekend, weeknight, or even weekday They have a... large variety of interesting books and magazines. The store also sells in season and off season items such as candles, soaps,bags, notebooks, journals and an interesting selection of gifts and items to buy. Their small Starbucks seating area justreopened, which is a nice place to relax to have coffee or tea and pastry. The items they sale might include cupcakes,sandwiches, soda, cheesecakes, cookies, ect. I find their service staff to be very professional and pleasant. I have nocomplaints with Barnes and Nobles in Milford, except that I look forward to them having seating around the store again, but thatmay not be possible until Covid-19 is under control. Also, when they do return to having seating again, I hope they considerputting seating near the teen and young adult books, so they have a place to sit and relax too. Read more
Love this store .just about any book can be bought here or ordered if not in stock.parking is easy yes bathrooms and coffeshop... inside.kid and handicap friendly. I love just walking around look at the book cover I see art in every single cover absolutelylove this store. Read more
