If I could give a no star I would. My order was wrong, I paid for two drinks, got one and then told I needed to buy another to... get my second one. Finished sandwiches and have yet to get our fries that I was told we would still get. The guy at the frontwas extremely rude. We and people have gotten their fries who were here after we had left. I was polite and said thank you andthe boy just walks away with an attitude enough to the point that other customers shook their heads. Read more
August 2022: Busy Sunday night vibe. Customers arriving and departing every minute or so. Quick service, quick ringout, quick... prep and you are on your way! We stopped by to get a quick supper after spending the afternoon with family. The food was quitegood and the counter service was great. Because of family members who are very young or in poor health we need to be verycareful about Covid. People were dining inside Hungry Hobo too. They were spread through the store and the ventilation was good,with obvious attention to small things to help reduce exposure to Covid/etc. Read more
I wouldn't even give a 1 star rating. Ants crawling all over the pop station. I go and politely tell them and behind my back she... says I don't know what she wants me to do. As we were eating another customer went up and notified them and she to also ignoredthem. Didn't even go over to clean it up. Gross and disgusting. Won't be back. Great every time. Prices are still reasonable. If I had a complaint. And don't want to use that word. The potatoes are filling... and still delicious. But I think they've gotten a little smaller. Oh well. Still worth every penny. Read more
I love the Hungry Hobo franchise, but the Milan store is lacking. Timing the bread was not fresh at all. Dry and crusty. And if... you look at my pics you can see the bread to meat ratio was horrible ! The left is turkey and the right is ham. Waffle fireswere overcooked and given to another patron first. My potato never came so I had to go tell the worker and they had to make it.The potato was actually good because a lot of times at this location they are orange and sent way too long before being thrownout. I try not to go to this location if I can help it but it is the closest to my home. I have found that the location onLocust Street is usually the best. For almost $16 I think the food should be a whole lot better and more meat on the sandwiches.Also the bread should be soft not dry and crusty. Read more
