Ordered on app to be told pizza would be another 35 minutes. Took over 2 hours to get order. Got to stand in the store and watch... as people came and went, people abandoning pizza orders because it was taking so long. Seeing grub hub, and Uber eats driverscancel deliveries because they were loosing money standing around waiting for orders. Read more
Don?t recommend they never answer phones they are rude cashiers inpatient unorganized probably the worst Casey?s Iv ever had to... deal with. Sell unactivated scratch offs and hang up on you instead of listening to concerns and legitimate complaints. I loveCasey?s the general store but I honestly can?t stand this one. Order pizza online for pickup, choose pay in store. Get there and suddenly the card readers won't work. Get told that its now... cash only. Tell her I only have plastic, she says we have an atm, tell her once again I only have plastic. She claims there isnothing she can do. So I loose out on my pizza and wings. I tried to order a pizza and was told they will call me back and I haven't heard another word. I have company waiting for pizza.... Do I need to call elsewhere to get pizza? I don't have a clue if they got my order when I called and never got a chance to payfor it. PLEASE advise! Read more

We stopped in to pick up some cookies after having dinner at the restaurant next door. They were out of them so we grabbed 3... cake donuts and a container of the peanut butter bites. I was charged almost $28.00 for this, which I did not notice at thetime due to the chaos of being busy. When I looked at my bank statement a couple of days later, I realized that I had beenover charged. I called the store and spoke with an employee (whom was very friendly and helpful) as she informed me that themanager would be there in the a.m. The next morning I called to speak to Ashley, I instead got the GM ?? (Justin or Jason) Iexplained the mishap, he took my info and assured me he would take care of it. Two weeks went by and nothing on my statement. Okay. I again called and spoke with Ashley who also took my info and assured me that it would be rectified. This all startedin late June, here we are in August and nothing!!! Lesson learned! Read more
This Casey?s has gone downhill so much it?s hard to even describe. Every single time we order from here the pizza is NEVER done... when it?s supposed to be, if it?s even been started by the time it was supposed to be done. This is regardless of how you order,but if you order online half the time the order is lost. A lot of people working are rude, and you can absolutely tell they donot want to be at work. I?d tell you to order delivery but it will take 2 if not 3 times as long as the estimated time, but atleast the driver is pleasant. Overworked and exhausted but pleasant. I can't even give a star. I think the only reason they are in business cause they are by all these warehouses. I live behind... them in the neighborhood. I wouldn't even go here.. I will go somewhere else. I don't mind the drive. So boycotting theseguys.. card chip never working. Always a long line .. they play on their phones or talking their Co workers instead of customerservice. Pizza is cold or never ready . When i get my potato cheese bites they are always cold like frozen cold Then why isthere a sign for breakfast burtio but there is never one there.. don't go here. It's better go somewhere else.
