The Black guy had a bad attitude did Not greet us, was was Sweating profusely wiping the sweat and not washing his hands, then... we get our food and it was semi warm, Not Hot At All, the fries were warm and greasy, it was a Mess, the service and the foodwas hideous. Their food was horrible. Chicken was dry, fish wasn?t as good as it used to be, fries were horrible, only thing good was the... hush puppies and shrimp. My wife got the fish sandwich and had a hair in it. Used to love this place but not now. I?d rather gosupport a local place from now on. Read more
Always enjoyed this place since I was younger. I was very disappointed when they shut the location down in Norman. Now I have to... drive to Del City, Midwest City or Purcell but worth the drive. Read more
Today I tried this place, I heard that it wasn't a good place to eat. I got the two piece fish and 6 shrimp combo#10. The fish... and shrimp were cooked perfectly, the flavor was bold full and flavorful. I will visit this establishment again. Read more
My parents bought my hubby and I and themselves some dinner here. The fries were soggy and nasty. Hubs said his fish was dry. I... wanted to enjoy my Alaskan Pollock sandwich,but it had a long hair in it so I threw it away. Gross. There's no excuse for that.Women need to put their hair in a hair net or ponytail when working around food. It's sad how these restaurants that used to betop notch are going down the drain. Read more
Nice and clean. Emerald was such a joy with kind words. Very helpful, very professional. She took our order and she was cleaning... the lobby and was also asking us if we needed anything else to make our stay with Long John / A&W enjoyable. Thank you to allthe crew at work there today. Read more
Usually receive my togo food in a box, but today I didn't. Last 2 times I've eaten here they've forgotten my 2 hush puppies you... get with the meal. Other than that I've had no other issues. Read more
Good food. Service sucks but what can you expect for $10 an hour. They shut down 20 minutes early one night, lazy bums
