I ordered coffee yesterday and young man forgot to put in the expresso. I went back today and it is not as good as my first... experience last year. I am thinking it may be training or employee turnover issues so I gave a 3star instead of two star. Ialso tried the Del City Location and machiotto was not good. Product is not matching the price. I?ve seen the great reviews for Jitters and they are true. What an AMAZING little coffee stop. I told the barista it was my... first time ordering. She was SO professional and truly friendly. She wanted my coffee experience to be perfect. I told her I wasmoving and needed energy. She suggested their Red Eye and added skim milk and sweet n low for me. I've currently been in line for 17 minutes and one car has moved from my side but 4 cars from the other side have left... already. The lady the came and took my order and payment from my vehicle was nice so I gave them two stars instead of one. Ididn't have 20 minutes today to get a coffee this morning but they immediately took my payment so then I couldn't leave withoutwhat I paid for, doubt I will be back even though they are in a perfect location right by my house.
