This was my favorite place to go because their chicken strips are good. However this last time I went the food was cold by the... time I got home and I only live 4 minutes away Also like the fact that even though it cost a lot it gave us enough food to feed6 of us and have left overs. I went in to order and somehow they managed to to screw up my food. They also shorted me food and tried shorting the yest rolls... until I notice. The food is okay but check your portion sizes because they will short you if you aren't checking. Read more
They should not get any stars from me. We love this place but we are always waiting 20 minutes to even get someone to take our... order. No courtesy "we will be right there" or nothing. Worst place, the one in OKC is so much better. You guys need to look upthe definition of customer service because there is none. Plus the inside is the dirtest I have ever seen. I love this place. However tonight (8/10/2022) I went through the drive through- ordered chicken- drove home and opened my order... and had catfish. Tried to call the store 3 times- it rang until it just stopped ringing. I just want to let someone know that Iwas the one that got the missing catfish..I even verified my order at the screen before I drove up. At least I got my seniordiscount. UPDATE: i TRIED CALLING AGAIN TODAY AND STILL GOT NO ANSWER. THE INFO SAYS TO CALL THE STORE IF YOU NEED TO CLARIFYSOMETHING. update: finally got someone on the phone who was the manager and she told me that if i didn't have the food and thereceipt- they would not do anything. Ordered at 5:57 pm, at 6:30, still had not received order. Walked to pay window, was informed that order just came out, I guess... that meant cooked. Order was bought to me in about 2 minutes. Was informed that was order mix up. Asked if they werecompensating me for their error. Was told that I had extra biscuit and a ranch dressing. My drink was now watered down and notsweet. I like the fish and the rolls. But the price sucks. 3 small pieces of fish 1 roll, 1 side and a drink. If you don't get the... drink you can get an extra side. My side was corn nuggets, no drink. So I took poppers in place of the drink. Hubby,fish also,nodrink, so 2 sides of dirty rice,which is good, but the cost was almost $ 27.00. the fish was so small. I mean come on. Read more
