Was told on the app it would be ready at 1:50. I ordered at 1:35ish. I walked in at 1:45 and saw no one making sandwiches. I... waited until 1:53 and asked if there was a mistake. I was told by some guy he was making it. When I walked in he was talking topeople in the lobby and didn?t start until after 1:50. It wasn?t busy. If you want your sub on time I recommend just orderingin person or just going to a different place. It?s 1:57 and no food. Walked out at 1:59 with food finally. Read more

Firehouse, but so so slow. The slowest Firehouse I?ve been to by far. I should note it seems to be a management issue. The kid... behind the counter was working his butt off while still being friendly and welcoming, but was by himself during the lunch rush. Read more

The lady in charge of this store is very rude and unprofessional. I deliver with Door Dash and she will not give you the order... unless you have a mask on (which is no longer mandatory according to DoorDash). Ever since my first pickup from this store shehas been very rude. The employees that work under her seem to not enjoy their job. If you deliver food I would not recommendpicking up from this location. Read more

This place is horrible. The staff and owner are very rude. Also the owner is prejudice and I know several people who will agree... with me and have stopped giving her their business because of it. She throws in your face that she is the owner and that sheowns the place and basically can do as she pleases. I've also noticed with reading other reviews that are negative she respondsbut then signs a fake name/guest services and I only assume to prevent people from further complaining to corporate but not thistime. I also witnessed her (the owner) being racist towards a customer and being very rude and then denied them services becausethey gave her the same disrespectful attitude she gave them. I hope everyone who has a bad experience takes it a step furtherand contacts corporate as well. Read more

I am a big fan of this chain and have been patronizing them for years in both Oklahoma City and San Antonio, so I am... disappointed with having to post this review. Attempting to redeem a national promotion at this location, I was told flatly andunapologetically that this this location would NOT participate. This is, of course, each independent owner's right and I wouldhave respected it if the denial was delivered with even a sliver of humanity. Conversely, Gwendolyn M Campbell of Store 1461chose to reference her multiple degrees in Marketing and how her bottom line was negatively impacted by participating in herbrand's national promotion. She exhibited a visible disgust when alerting me to her participation in the "birthday" promotionand had little interest in listening to constructive criticism offered by a long-time customer. Her employees watched withoutwords as she boastfully asked me if I was trying to run her business. Even during what I would consider prime lunch hours, therewere no patrons in the restaurant. It is my hope that she is more receptive to her employees, patrons, and community when nextthe opportunity presents. Lastly, I crossed the street to a locally-owned deli called simply "Super Subs" and had an ItalianPhilly grinder that would make a fireman from eastern PA miss home. For that, I respectfully thank Ms Campbell. Read more
