Good chicken and biscuits. Horrible rice, extremely horrible rice (mushy and salty). Mashed potatoes are watery and bland.... Extremely slow service. Soda pop is flat. No napkins on the counter - had to beg for napkins and then wait 5 minutes to finallyget one (one!). The chicken and biscuits aren't worth the horrible service and terrible sides. Read more
If I could do less than 1 start I would. We were told that it would be a 30 minute wait. When we finally received our chicken,... soon as the bag came through the window we could smell the old grease. Looked at the chicken and you could instantly tell thatthey refried old chicken. Read more
The food is great. The time it takes to get it isn't.. better plan on waiting at least 10-15 mins for a 3 piece chicken strip... meal. If you order a family meal it's gonna be 20+ minutes. Read more
Well I ordered through the drive through and they told me they were making fresh strips and to park. I had to wait, after 5 - 7... minutes I went inside. Then they were out of biscuits and at this point I asked for a refund. I waited some more. I asked for arefund several more times before i was finally given one, this was after the biscuits were done. They tried to get me too takethe food instead but at this point I was very frustrated. The worst!! SHKYAH needs to be retrained or let go. She ignored us completely. Wouldn't speak to us to take our order. When we... did place our order she still didn't speak. It was crazy. Then we noticed our order said "completed" on the screen as wecontinued to wait 25 more minutes without being spoken to. We tried to get her attention. A man stepped in and was working. Hegave away free drinks to other waiting patrons. We continued to wait & wait. Then the food we received was cold and looked overcooked. There were no lids for large drinks so Shkyah was giving small drinks for the drive thru even though they paid forlarge. Ridiculous! Such a disappointment all the way around. Hire better staff or wait to be closed down. P.S. Look at thereviews of this place. Need to get a secret shopper in there and you will be amazed at what you see & hear! Read more
