This is the second time I have had to leave a review like this so something needs to be said. This is the worst one I ever go... to. The kid taking the orders you could not understand him because he wouldn't speak up. We repeated our order 3 times and weonly got one thing we ordered. Very unprofessional and I'm not sure what it is about the crew there but they need to get theiract together. If your going to hire kids, make sure they know how to do their job. Do better and stop slacking...... Same issuea month later...order always wrong and not very friendly...will not be back AT ALL and I suggest you not come to this oneeither. Read more

Very dirty store, it wasn't even busy. Informed two employees and one manager about how bad the bathroom was and they all just... ignored me, the manager actually told me to wait until night shift and tell them. The manager was also making inappropriatecomments about white stuff being in the wrong place when she had ice cream splash on her. Read more

I usually don?t write bad reviews, as I understand the conditions that service workers are usually in? However today I paid a... visit, got a cup of ice, and found about seven gnats dead in the ice. I love this place. I have eaten at several other braums and I never get my order correct. My orders here are ALWAYS made... correctly. However, I ordered 2 number 2s last night. They were correct but look old and nasty. My burger barely had any lettuceand my husband lettuce looked almost brown. Will continue to eat here, however please do better than that. Read more

Beware always check your chicken. They tried to give us raw chicken. They also didn't refund us for the entire purchase when we... brought the food back. We had breakfast here this morning. The place wasn't busy, and had maybe 2 cars in the drive thru. Almost every table was either... dirty or looked like they used a dirty rag to bus the tables with. You could tell that the only cleaning had been done by thecustomers. The area where you fill your drinks was dirty and had the ketchup dispenser laying out in pieces. I thought thatmaybe we had caught them in the middle of refilling the ketchup pump, but after eating our meal and talking, around 20 - 25minutes, no one had bothered to return to refill the ketchup and clean up the mess. They even had employees taking breaks, butdidn't bother to buss the tables or clean up any of the mess. I took photos and I'll try to upload. But the food was good atleast! Read more

Don't usually complain. Didnt care that i waited in line half an hour and had rude service. However after getting home just to... see that I can't even eat the food I ordered due to that 1 request of NO TOMATOES. Why because of ALLERGIC! Wish people couldlearn to do their job correctly! Read more
