I can't get enough of Arby's Market Fresh Sandwiches. Surely I'm not the only one! Those curly fries too! This USED to be my favorite Arby's but in recent weeks this one is also going downhill. Last weekend I was told that they could... only accept cash and I had to drive away. Today, I pull up to the drive thru at 11:40am on a Sunday (aka lunch time). The girlon the speaker tells me their closed. I asked if there was a reason why and I got no response. Why can't these places beconsistent? You can't ever have any confidence at all in them! For some reason just about every fast food place in Midwest Cityhas poor service. Why is that?????? UPDATE: Sending me or any customer a cheap insincere automated response makes the problemworse and shows that Arby's really doesn't care. I may or may not give your restaurant a chance again. You need to work onhiring quality people for your restaurants. So let's stop with the automated replies and start fixing your broken restaurants! Read more
Ordered no cheese, no sauce on sandwich even shows on receipt. Came fully dressed bought through drive-thru and brought home.... Had to go all the way back huge inconvenience, but they made a new sandwich and added fries as a freebie. Read more
We ordered a French Dip and we didn't receive the au jus for it, a half pound beef and cheddar which my son-in-law enjoyed, a... turkey club that was so spicy my daughter couldn't eat it, mac and cheese which my daughter didn't really care for, mozzarellasticks which were good, 3 large drinks and 2 large curly fries that were good and 2 cups of cheddar and had to wait 20 minutesin a parking spot for our food. The worker had to go back and get the second cup of cheddar and the Mac and cheese before wecould leave. We would have went back for the au jus but I didn't want to drive 20 minutes to get it and 20 minutes back. I don'tknow if we will go back there. Read more
Super unprofessional and very rude, ordered a curly fry with my order got a Crinkle fry. When asked to switch it please they... gave me a curly fry half empty. Then Proceeded in going back inside locking the door and yelling about it to her coworkers. Read more
We tried the new sliders and New Bacon BBQ Turkey. It tasted okay but it was slim on meat & sauce.
The food was fresh and warm. We used the drive through. We got a lot of food for $25. It was high protein and calories. I like... that they have the calories on the menu. Read more
