I've tried eating here SO many times. There is always something wrong...out of certain food, toaster down, only 1 person... working, credit card machine down, lobby closed ALL the time. It's exhausting and a shame. They could do a lot of business offthis exit. Read more

This Subway has some serious staffing issues or slow staff working at this restaurant. I tried the drive thru 2 days in a row... and waited at least for 5-10 minutes to take my order. Left and went to McDonalds drive thru and placed my order and receivedmeal in 3 minutes. Your losing customers !!!! Read more
This location regularly Locks it's doors 20-30 minutes before closing time and is generally substandard. Will forget ingredients... on sandwiches in the drive thru line and will not take orders in any timely manner even if not busy. Read more

I don't know if I have done something to upset this store or what but I officially give up. I Have changed my lifestyle and I'm... trying to eat Subway 5 days a week for lunch. This Subway is the most convenient as it is right off the expressway and there isa drive-through. This is now the 8th day in a row they have some excuse why they cannot make a sandwich for me. Either theydon't have bread (3 of 8) need me to come inside (3 of 8) When there are no customers inside or the drive-through. Or they justdon't answer (2 of 8) so after sitting there for 5 minutes I have just pulled away. Anyway just wanted to share this I don'texpect this Subway to be in business long being I have never seen another customer and I am trying to give them money everydaybut everyday for one reason or another they do not want to or cannot serve me. I am done trying to go here. Ordered on the app and was ready upon my arrival. **Update** 11/21/22 Ordered on the app once again and food was ready when I... arrived. However, my Chicken ???? was cold and I didn't get a fork in my bag??????????????????????. Not sure if the Chickenwas cold because of the long wait in the drive-thru or because that was something I have to specify when I order.
