Such rude staff, do not come here, save your money. The dining room was closed, I asked if I could order and just take out, they... said no, only drive thru. I explained that i am in a giant RV that wouldn't fit in their drive thru, could I order and take outbecause I need to feed the kids. the worker shrug his shoulders and said "too bad. Service was slow, no one smiled, the order was simple. Small fries for grandson. Messed up order gave large fries instead. Did... not apologize for order being wrong, and the were not fresh. I guess they don't know their rush periods. Read more

Did an online order, went to pick it up and sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting someone to acknowledge me, went to the... lobby doors they were locked, I went back through the driveway through AGAIN and told the manager what happened and he seriouslytold me ?Don?t come back then!? Sign on i95 says open 24 hours. Came at 5am door says its open 5am and woman refused to serve me told me 6am. Guess ill sleep... a hour and wait thanks alot for all them hours are wrong. Place was stone cold dead. Sickening Read more
On 9-28-21 I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe got home the chicken was burnt. Called to tell them I was bringing it back to get... another chicken sandwich deluxe. Checked that chicken sandwich before I left McDonald's it was burnt too mostly on the undersideof the sandwich I pulled back around to the window and told them that I just got this chicken sandwich and it's burnt again, wastold that that's how their chicken is and I said that's not what I get from other McDonald's looks like this one was re-dippedin the oil to get it hot so they could serve it, and they said well ours look like that because all of our chicken is freezerburned. I asked and you're serving that? To that he responded Yes. I asked for Big Mac instead of the chicken. On each of theseexchanges of getting a different sandwich they took the old one back through the window even though I had bitten off the firstsandwich which I thought was a violation of health regulations. Cooking and serving chicken that has been freezer burned wasanother violation of health regulations. So yes I immediately called the county's health department and they are to visit themand give me a call with an update on this situation. Regarding the Big Mac I was a little bit concerned about even eating ithowever it was 4:00 and I had not had lunch hence my desperation to go to this McDonald's closest to where I live I normallyDrive 20 minutes to go to a different one. Well, what about the Big Mac? Since I think they were irritated with me over thechicken sandwich looks like it had at least five times the amount of special sauce the sandwich wouldn't stay together ended upgiving part to my dog. Even though I had an issue and chose to drive back to this McDonald's spending my time and gas I neverwas irate, I was never ugly with them, life is too short.
