If you are fortunate enough to get Lucky (I think that's his name) as a cashier he is very professional and COMPETENT. I cannot... however say the same for his "manager". If you ask me their roles should be reversed. She was abrupt and unprofessional in arestaurant full of people to the cashier. Let me add that HE was right in the ordeal, AND he maintained HIS professionalism. Sodesperate to be right, she reminded him of the color of her shirt. (Red) The food was great. However, I am reaching out tocorporate about her behavior. No employee should be publicly berated. Especially when they are in the right. Read more
I ordered in app. Got their to about 4 cars in drive thru ordered it at 9:24pm in parking lot didn't get to window and got food... Till 1032. Over a hour for 4 cars.. and they ery were out of half my order and because I ordered in app I was s.o.l unless I gotsomething else out that 15 buks on 86'd items.. anyway cashier/manager were very nice about everything just disappointed. It'dtw Ice in 2 weeks I've been screwed. We ordered breakfast two days ago everything wad great. Time before last week ordered atcounter around 450 pm perfect lull time.. got bacon king didn't screw it up. Got royal chicken BBQ n bacon . Didn't haveanything it should have. Wifes double whopper she gets one way her entire life lettuce bacon mustard pickle cheese only... hadeverything. Fries was one fresh old n cold.. didn't think to check sands because we literally ordered in side and was very clearand receipt reflected correct order. B.o.h dropped ball. Pull up,see female employee outside at a car and then she walks inside. I proceed to drive thru. Waited at drive thru,no... response. Called inside,no answer. Walked inside and see 3 male employees standing around front counter conversing. Ask formanager when a female employee walks up with a frown on her face. Manager comes out of a room with a drawer. No greeting. Iproceed to ask about owner of store/general manager. She informs me with a smirk,while pulling the right side of her jacket opento show her name tag that she is the general manager. Never once asked if she could help me,nothing. No kind of customerservice ethics. Horrible horrible place. They really should shut down! I love their Double Cheese Whopper just wish I didn't have to order extra cheese to get two slices to make it a true 'double'... cheeseburger! Otherwise they're always/usually consisten and Good! Read more
there's absolutely no way the employees could get slower or ruder. also the only tea they have is sickening sweet for some... reason they don't have unsweet tea. even though they have tea to add sugar to they don't have tea to not add sugar to. We got there and they took more than 5 mim to take our order on the drive through, they made us wait extra time to handle our... foor and it was overcooked. The store was locked up and we had to.go to the gas station to use the bathroom. Even knocking theydidn't open it for us. Read more
When we were there, it was a Sunday about 1pm. The dining room was closed, only drive thru available. The line was long, 25... min.wait time. Come to find out, only 2 people were on staff that day. We had to pull into the parking lot and wait another25mins for our order. We got the impossible whopper combo, it was good. I must say that the young lady that took our order andbrought it out to us was very kind and calm. People were yelling at her due to the long wait and she handled herself very wellunder all the pressure. Read more
I can?t even get a star in. Midway Ga. I stood for over 5 mins with no one in line waiting on someone to even notice me. The... restaurant was empty and they didn?t even acknowledge me. I asked if I could place my order ( very politely) and they wouldn?tlook at me 6 people in the restaurant behind the counter. A little girl walked in and said I started yesterday so I have to getthe manager to help me. I was so appalled that she told the manager and she ( the store manager) still choose to completelyignore me so after at least 10 more minutes she finally said I am busy( no lie at all) I said ma?am I have been waiting a whilethen she replied I am trying to get the window orders out ma?am ( not very nicely), I replied can you please help me? Iunderstand bc I have worked in restaurants my entire life. 20 mins after This person has the nerve to say ?she?s new and I ambusy? referring to the new sweet girl. I then looked at her and lost it saying ? she?s new I get that but you being rude is itbc you?re new?! She rolled her eyes and I along with 4 people in your restaurant walked out. This is so sad to me bc I have andalways will be part of the restaurant community but her horrible service and attitude really makes me even more sad bc I don?thave a Burger King where I live on the island. I felt it was a great opportunity to enjoy my experience with your company. I?mso sorry bc I really do feel that this store visit ( which we travel all the time)could have been so much better.
