The last few times I've gotten food here there has been a problem. Today they did not give me my pot stickers, so I had to drive... back. They did make me a fresh order, but seemed unconcerned. Also, both pasta dishes I ordered were so dry, you could barelyeat them. Read more

Horrible experience. I walked in to a place with a couple people at tables already eating and no one in line. There?s one girl... behind the counter, she sees me and proceeds to ignore me for more than five minutes. At this point another employee comes outof the back and proceeds to bag orders and ignore me too. Then a Door Dash guy comes in and that employee drops what he?s doingto wait of him. At this point I?m getting mad I?ve been waiting more than five minutes. They won?t even acknowledge me, sayI?ll be with you in just a minute. So, I said excuse me to the girl that?s been ignoring me. It took a couple of times beforeshe turns to me and says I?m busy. I said okay I?ll go elsewhere. She stops what she?s doing and smiles at me and waves. Atthis point I ask for her name and the manager. She just says what, I said goodbye. I left and I won?t go back. I know that theyare short staffed. But at least acknowledging someone and being kind should be a minimum. Read more

Every time I order from here they either get part of the order wrong or part of it is missing. Today I experienced the worst... customer service. I went in to pick up my food and there were no customers or employees at the counter. I heard some talking inthe back and tried to get someone?s attention for about 2 minutes. A younger couple came in and a girl came from behind thecounter and gave me the dirtiest look and proceeded to help the people who had just walked in. I spoke up and said I was therefirst and just needed to pick up my food and the employee gave me the biggest smirk, ignored what I said and continued to helpthe couple. After she was done she said in the most condescending tone, ?how can I help you?? I told her I was there for a whileand she was rude and ignored me and was very unprofessional and all she did was grab my bag of food and give it to me. Didn?teven offer an apology, just shrugged her shoulders and said ?I didn?t see you.? Needless to say I was really angry and howunprofessional and rude she was. This is the WORST location. Go to another one. They have intentionally and unintentionally made my order incorrectly multiple... times. They often skimp on ingredients. And today they marked my order incomplete instead of processing as ordered and didn'tstart making it until we arrived. The point of ordering ahead is to have it ready. Food was ok. Experience was not stellar. Order was wrong, took 20 minutes to fix my order. It was a lot of money for quick fast... food orders. I could have gotten better quality ingredients and flavors at a sit down restraunt, and the cost would have beensimilar. Read more

One star is generous for the experience I had ???? we walked in and the individual at the register just stared at me chewing her... gum. I eventually walked up and asked if she was ready, to which she didn?t really say anything. We only had to wait about tenminutes. But there were two ladies waiting for OVER half an hour, while I got my food before them. Hella disappointed. Therewere two dudes just standing around wasting time and just shooting the breeze, while the same person at the register just staredoff ignoring customers. Pathetic customer service. The staff all seemed to be focusing on their online orders instead of evenacknowledging the people in the physical lobby. I understand that things can get busy, I have that experience however this isunacceptable. I feel so bad for the two ladies waiting for a half hour. These employees showed no sense of urgency as they werelaughing and joking with each other instead of working. Read more

I love this place. Before I was introduced I always thought it was a Ramen place. Glad I found out otherwise. I am frustrated... that any restaurant will be defeated by supply issues. No toasted garlic bread? With Italian food? Serious? Way lame. Way,way lame. Still, the food on their menu is tops. Delish and fresh. My son introduced me, ordering for me, and he nailedexactly what I love. I really like their Tortellini Rosa w/ Parmesan crusted chicken. (I don't need the bread . . . But I wantit!)???????? (Filet pic is a qualifier of my opinion . . . I cook. I cook well and am always complimented on the meals Iprepare . . . I hadn't been here in a few years due to dietary restrictions, but decided to give them another try. I won't be going back--not... to this location anyway. I ordered just mac and cheese. They weren't super busy, but I had to wait 10+ minutes. There were otherpeople there longer than I was. And the mac and cheese was a joke. Very little cheese and it was just thrown on top. It hadn'tmelted away all when I opened it. Overall, a huge disappointment. UPDATE: The manager was very nice and gave me a refund, whichI appreciate. But I still won't be back any time soon. Read more
