I like the food from cupbop it?s not to bad. Better than most of the garbage out there. With that said you have to bear in mind,... it?s all very basic. Rice, noodles, a sprinkle of cabbage, a spoon of meat and a squirt of sauce. That?s it, it all sits in premade bins over warmers. That?s all ok. I know exactly what I?m getting when I walk in the door, for the most part. Here?s therub though. Before you have even had a sniff they are ask for a 20 percent tip! How is this acceptable. I haven?t had a bite.I?ve been in the place for 30 seconds. My food will come out of the warming bins in a couple minutes. I?m out the door in atotal of like five minutes. I like to reserve the option of being generous with a gratuity for great food and good service frompeople who make an effort in their area of service. This is a fast food place not any different from the rest. Stop gougingeveryone for tips! If you have to promise the tips to get people hired then just pay your people better. Nobody like?s yourgrift. Not your customers or, your employees. Read more

Great food and friendly employees but the new kiosk system is terrible. It is super-slow, and the orders need to be... double-checked by customers (mine had no sauce!) If the customer experience doesn?t improve dramatically, we will be removingCupBop from our list of favorites. Read more

It's OK but nowhere near worth the price. Look at the menu in pictures and the menu today. 65% increase. Fine, inflation right?... Except he owners pitched on SharkTank where they said the average bowl cost them around $1.80. Please think before spending$13 on fancy ramen noodles. Read more

We are on vacation and wanted to try this place, we walked in and told them it was first time coming in. The lady (I'm sorry I... forgot her name) was so very nice, kind, and helpful! She explained everything thing to us and was so patient for with us, thankyou so much! There was guy (I'm sorry I don't remember his name either) he gave us free potstickers! You guys are amazing, Thankyou the food was absolutely delicious ???????? We will be back for sure. Read more

For the most it was pretty good, prices are different on web then restaurant. Kimchi was horrible and was charged 2.75 for 3oz ... in 4oz cup. Pot stickers were old not even warm. The chicken kabob was different but 3.75 for 1. Fried chicken was really good, and the sweet beef was also good. Rice, noodles, and veggies were nummy I would go back. Read more
