How disappointing- I went inside to get a burger and fries. They were not busy. I received luke warm fries and given no receipt.... I also said I was eating it here and he bagged it. Wasteful if u ask me. It?s not cheap anymore to get a quick bite so youwould think they would at least give walk in customers fresh fries. Maybe that?s why they aren?t busy. Read more

I normally love this location and I have had good service compared to other Wendy's in the area but tonight the staff was... blatantly rude. As soon as I got to the window the blonde girl with space buns rolled her eyes and was clearly annoyed when igot to the window. I tried to ask for sour cream and chili sauce for my chili and the girl slammed the window in my face as Iwas trying to ask for it then proceeded to make me wait five minutes for them to grab the sauce that was right next to thembecause they wanted to talk to their coworkers. The woman who seems to be the manager was standing right there when it was allhappening and encouraged the behavior as she was blatantly annoyed as well. Very unprofessional and very rude I was surprisedbecause I usually have good service at this Wendy's I hope this doesn't become a regular thing. Read more
I went through the drive through, placed my order, and waited patiently after paying for my food. The store got fairly busy as... we were pulling into the drive through, so we were asked to pull forward and wait. Not a problem. When we checked our orderafter receiving it, we realized we were missing a sandwich. I parked, went inside, and waited in line holding my food and myrecipt. When I showed the employee my issue and explained what was going on, she tried to get it resolved. Another employeebegan to get an attitude and called me a liar. She stated she knew she put the sandwich in the bag. She paced back and forthyelling and cussing, then she demanded I empty the bag because I must be a liar, and she does not make mistakes. Anotheremployee walked over and asked politely, "do you mind if I check the bag." I replied, "not a problem." Then I passed the bagover along with the recipt. She checked the bag and said, "yes, he's right, the sandwich is not there." At this point, anotheremployee walked over and asked me to verify the sandwich. I repeated my order and then continued to wait while the one employeecontinued to yell and accuse me of lying about a sandwich. She then proceeded to angrily walk past me close enough to brushagainst me multiple times in an aisle wide enough to fit 5 or 6 grown men shoulder to shoulder. Still I wait, then a differentemployee walks over to me sees me standing there waiting, turns around grabs the sandwich from the counter and puts it in mybag. I said thank you have a good day and walk out. Absolutely annoyed and confused at the horrible treatment over a sandwich. Read more
The only good thing here is the food. The reason for 2 stars is the soda dispenser had 1/2 of the normal options, the ketchup... dispenser doesn?t work, and the bathroom was torn apart. Hopefully they have things running more smoothly next time I come herefor food! Read more
