I normally love coming here. But here lately when we order food it always ends up missing something or order not being right.... Today we ordered the bbq burger and chicken sandwich they have on the sign outside. The BBQ sandwich...had NO BBQ SAUCE and Iasked for ranch on my chicken sandwich and it had NONE. This is happening more and more...for the prices of their food you wouldthink they would get the orders correct! Read more

The new policy of checking id?s of EVERYONE purchasing tobacco or alcohol products is dragging you down. Your stores are... extremely popular, convenient, and busy. I was in one every morning for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon for smokes and or a beerto take home. I can assure you that the added step of recording ID of every 50+ year old is aggravating customers at theregister, people in already long line, and I can promise people in my circle at least (myself included) are seeking moreconvenient options. If your having issues of employees selling products to wrong people, take it up with them not the rest ofus. Cause we?ll go elsewhere due to clearly unnecessary added step to get in and out. Just want to add that this isn?t locationspecific, it?s all locations at least in Richmond area. This location actually really great and organized but takes forever toget in and out which I?d imagine staffing issues which I totally understand these days. Read more

Run in to grab 2 drinks, one cashier. Line to the sandwich counter people making sandwiches one guy talking to them as they... work. Cashier then walks to the window spends a good minute at the window trying to help the lady figure out the pump numbershe's at....after a good 3 minutes go by the lady is back the register. I couldn't wait any longer on top of that the selfregisters had a problem with both of them I finally go to put my drinks down at the counter and walk out as I hit the door Ihere the guy that was talking to the girls while they was working say I can take the next person over here. SMH. No body's onpoint. Dude to busy talking instead of taking care of customers. Wawa service in alot of places has been dropping lately...... Read more

They need to train their employees better. I've been going here for about 10 years and today I had a coupon on the app to get a... free iced coffee. The guy ringing me up tried to charge me for 3 coffees in error because he saw on the order printout that Iadded a flavor shot for .50 and almond milk for another .50. Instead of add-ons, he thought I was adding 2 more drinks. I had topoint this out to him so he resignedly fixed it. I've seen him working before many times so he should have already known this.Also my coffee had barely a splash of almond milk in it and was watered-down. I had to ask the lady to remake it with morealmond milk. This never happened years ago. Their service has really gone down. Read more

Bailey Bridge Wawa is the best! They don't have very good customer service here and I never see anyone smiling. If your charged... for 5 pumps of caramel then there should be 5 caramel. So, I paid $5 for a drink that wasn't even right!!! I won't go hereagain!! You should be able to stop at any wawa for convenience and get what you want how you usually get it if their trainedproperly to make the drink's. Read more

If you're looking for food from the deli, save yourself the headache and find another location, consistent problems with orders,... below par service. There has to be a special kind of idiocy managing this location. I have had 4 separate incidents since theyopened, where the items offered on the menu weren't available, resulting in refunds, or replacements. (Why is it so hard for thestaff at this location to update the menu? I've never seen this happen at any other Wawa, let alone so often.) This time, thesheer stupidity of the staff there is beyond explanation. Once again, the main ingredient for a cheese steak wasn't available,so, instead of having to wait online for a refund, I opted for a meatball parm. The rocket scientists thought all the optionsfor my cheese steak: tomatoes, lettuce, sauteed onions, mayo, salt, oil, vinegar, were what I would want on my meatball parm.They literally just swapped the beef steak for meatballs and called it a day. Because that's what people always mean when theysay MEATBALL PARM. Not to mention I've found hairs and sanitary napkin wrappers wrapped up with my sandwich (this locationactually inspired me to look up the contact information for the Chesterfield County Health Department in case it happens again)on a previous occasion. A bunch of incompetent fools proven to screw up the most simple of tasks the staff further down HullStreet never seem to have a problem with.
