Waiter was hostile and extreamly rude. We arrived at 2pm yesterday with my partner. No greeting when we walked in and sat... ourselves. After we took turns using the restroom, we still didn't have anyone acknowledge us. There was one guy at the high topbar, a couple leaving and one guy sitting at a table at the other side on the restaurant waiting on food. This place was notbusy at all. After waiting and no greeting or server, my partner walked over to the bar area and asked to place his order. Afterthe order was taken at the bar, we were thirsty and walked back to the bar to order a water and coffee. The 17 or 19 year oldfemale waitress with doodles on her face yelled at my partner and said "You need to wait your turn, you need to wait until Icome to you!" My partner was immediately embarassed and apologised to her. She didn't care about his apology and told him to sitdown. Again, this place is not busy, and when he approached the bar, she seemingly looked unoccupied while she stood there. Wewere very confused of her behavior as no one noticed how long we had already been there waiting for ANYONE to recognize us. Noapology from them which would usually be expected and unasked for. Our food finally arrived. But the same waitress just stoodover us while we were waiting for her to sit the food down in front of us (like most restaurants do) she just gave us thisterrable eye roll and head shake and expected us to reach up and take our food plates out of her hand above us. This was veryawkward and her obvious disgust with us showed. She didn't refill our drinks, we needed items that she didnt bring. We werehesitant to ask for our ticket after we ate and sat there for awhile. We went to the front and said we wanted to pay. The sameserver said with an attitude, well your gonna have to wait." This Waffle House was on point. The employees were professionals. The cook got my order right the first time. The place was... clean and the employees were continuously wiping down seats and tables. No complaints. Read more
Long day.. decided to pickup dinner . Waited for the order and to our own fault we didn't check the bags before leaving. Got... home and missing items .. First time at Waffle House and wasn?t disappointed. Food was so good and tasted home made. They were so quick with drinks. I... felt so bad for the workers when I peaked into the kitchen. I wish they had kitchen rubber mats for their feet, it would helpwith leg and knee pain while on the job. I hope the store can invest into some thick rubber kitchen mats to make it morecomfortable for workers. Read more
My wife and I had a terrific meal here yesterday morning. Waffle House is great if you're looking for a no frills, quick, diner... like experience. The coffee is always freshly ground and a fresh pot is usually brewing when you are there. Everything was veryclean, the service was quick, and the staff was very nice. We have been to dozens of Waffle House locations all over thecountry, and this one would rather high on my list based on this mornings experience. Read more
Waitress was super nice and attentive. The food was fantastic and hot and the coffee kept coming every time we needed a refill.... My favorite thing is the Bacon Cheddar Egg Hashbrown bowl. Only problem was the cleanliness of the place but it is a WaffleHouse and the food is well worth it. Will be back soon! Read more
