I came thru the drive thru at 11:03pm and they would not talk to me they pretended like they were closed. I drove around and one... of the worker peeped around the corner with a box in his hand. This location needs to go under new management. They pretend theyare not open or they will say our system is done so we can?t take orders. I would recommend driving to another location or just going somewhere else all together. Paid extra for extra sauce, got dirty... looks when I came up for more since two of my tacos had no sauce at all. Cheese quesadilla was raw (lmao), ordered 2 drinks anddidn't get them either (had to also go up and ask). The doors were locked with customers still inside after 10 which I getgiven I've worked retail for over 8 years but it's a total fire hazard. The store often closes down randomly too so you neverknow if this one's gonna be open when you go. Lack of team from high turn over or health reason? This used to be such a great location. They never got an order wrong. Ever since 2020, they consistently get the order wrong. I... am allergic to an ingredient. It's a serious allergy. I bit into the burrito and a mouth full of my allergen. Now I have to dealwith an allergic reaction all night. Please reinforce to your employees not to add ingredients that were specifically requestedto be removed.
