Went in and ordered food and it took 25 minutes for me to get my food and I did not order anything special. I was at the top of... the preparing list for that whole time and many people were getting their food before me. Even after I got the food after the 25minutes it was wrong and I had to wait another 5 minutes for the food. All I got was an apology, and while that was nice, Iwould have preferred some kind of compensation for waiting that long. Every other time I have been here my food has either beenmissing something or the food is just not what I ordered in general. Every time seems to get worse. Read more
My wife and I ate lunch here on a Friday and had a delicious meal! We each got a pick-2 and enjoyed it. I didn?t see my normal... frontega chicken sandwich on the menu but when I asked for it, they had it! This new location was a smart choice and the layoutof the restaurant was easy to maneuver. The parking lot had plants if spaces too. The only downside I found was the entranceto the parking lot is small and not easy to get around. Read more
Disappointing. Walked to the counter and two works looked and walked away from the counter into the back. Another worker arrived... and logged into a computer just to the left of me while I was standing waiting several minutes. She walked to the back. Iwaited several minutes longer. After 5-10 min I yelled"hello?". Two girls came back to the counter and acted like it wasn't abig deal that I was ignored by three workers. I received no apology. Very rude and disappointing. At first it was alright, then i went to take a drink from my OJ since it was hot and i was thirsty and it tasted off, found out... it had expired the previous month, when i went to the front desk, there was no one posted, I checked some of the bottles andthey were fine, this was only one. I ended up walking to the pick up area to notify the staff about lack of personale up frontand about getting a new oj and what to do about the expired oj, she apologized and said I could get a new one and throw out theold one, i took a picture of it laying down so the light could clearly get the expiration date and then threw it out, there was3 quarters remaining still in bottle. I wish this location would close and reopen when they have employees that can accurately read an order and not have people wait... 10 to 15 minutes to place an order to begin with. Upon receiving my order I had to ask for a manager that wasn't even available.I had 2 missing items that no one seemed to be able to comprehend on how I ordered it the first time. I my the food was delicious. The cafe was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was really shocked how good the... flatbread pizza was and it fed me and my daughter. I ordered the pick 2 so my other pick was a half toasted ciabatta steak andcheddar sandwich I took a bite before I packed it up to be dinner. That little sandwich hit the spot. There are ups and downs to this Panera. I go here regularly as a customer and for food delivery. With some regularity, I get... the wrong order and with some regularity, the coffee is empty at 8:00 a.m. And the music is so loud it's hard to haveconversations. But the food is good, and the quality is predictable, and the sweets are always tempting. Read more
