Pad Thai with zucchini noodles came out looking like soup with powdered scrambled eggs in it. Zucchini was super soft and... translucent. Pretty sure it was microwaved to death. If not, the noodles were old. Maybe both. Daughter's Mac and cheese was dryegg noodles with shredded Kraft cheddar on top. There was some soupy cheese sauce on the bottom. This place is beat. I used to come here often however after about 3 inconsistencies in flavor I paused for some months. I finally had a taste again... and decided to go try my favorite meal there. I can't tell you how it tasted because this time unlike any other time;, I wasnever acknowledged. Stood at the register watching a staff member take a phone order. I patiently waited she remained on phoneand did not look up to acknowledge that I was there. Then another associate comes and logs on to the next cash register; I'mthinking surely he will acknowledge me. He does not make eye contact or speak instead he gets on a business phone just like theother associate. I then quickly realized phone orders trump in person costumers. I watched him talk briefly then I turned aroundand walked out the same wait I entered. I will hold out for the willow lawn location which is no where near my home; but when Ivisit Henrico I'll go there. This location will be on my do not visit list. All of the people who work here are SO NICE. I love coming here because of how helpful all of the staff are. Last night the main... person who helped us was so awesome!!! I can?t have gluten and he helped my wife and I by explaining the different menus andgiving us all of the various nutritional info. I wish I knew his name because he was excellent. He had shortish (ear length)locks and a wonderful smile and he deserves a raise! Also another young man was working his first day yesterday and he was doinggreat!! Read more
No frills dining at reasonable prices. The order process was fast and our food was ready quickly. The quality is about what you... would expect for the price (average). This was my first visit and I may return to explore other menu options. They have a coolsoda machine. Read more
Maybe I'll change it back to a higher rating in the future, but I can't give them anything more than 1 star when I drove 25min... each way only to find out that they had added veggies to my order for no reason. I hadn't eaten anything all day and now I'mstuck eating air until dinner since whoever made my order can't read and they ruined my noodles. It's not even like it belongsin buttered noodles to begin with... they've also been forgetting things that I've paid for more and more in the last couple ofmonths. I won't be back for a while. This is my first time trying them and have passed by many times. I will continue to pass by. The employees were pleasant, but I... was not impressed with the amount of food I received for $11.93.
