The restaurant was understaffed when we arrived at opening before the line had developed. It appeared they had staff float in... just as the line grew to the front door entrance. We 3 had the roast beef aju, and they were outstanding in quantity and taste,but not quite hot enough. Overall, we were very satisfied! I think they have more "on" days than "off" days in the kitchenwith meat quantities. I had the chili a couple of weeks ago and was not impressed at all. I recommend they work on thatrecipe. I still rate this restaurant highly. Well worth the visit. Its also very clean and well kept. Thumbs up! Read more
The first time I went I got a French dip sub that was amazing. The next time I went I got the same sandwich and it was... disgusting. The au jus sauce was tasteless and the roast beef was so fatty I could not chew through it. And as expensive as thatplace is I am not giving them another chance. You would think a sandwich shop would understand consistency on food preparation.Staff was friendly so I?ll give them that. Read more

They have great food and very nice staff, but lately it?s very hit or miss when ordering from their app for both pick up and... delivery. I?ve had 3 incorrect orders in the last 6 weeks. Unfortunately when it is for a delivery that was incorrect, theoptions have only been for a refund and try reordering through the app as opposed to someone fixing the order and delivering -not exactly ideal customer service . I think it would go a long way to double check carry out/delivery orders against thereceipt when bagging them up. Read more
A very nice restaurant where everything is freshly prepared. Once you order, the food is brought to your table, and they also... pick up the dirty dishes. They have a lot of choices, many with a unique twist. My BLT sandwich had a lot of bacon and alsohad avocado in it. Food was fine and iced tea was great . But when you pay they ask you to add a tip . You order at the counter so I asked the... person if it was like Panera where you do everything yourself and they ask for a tip . She said no . She said they bring yourfood, they check to see if you need anything and refill your drinks etc. so being that she was standing right there I gave thehighest tip on the machine . This is my second time dining at McAlister?s Deli and I was looking forward to a pleasurable experience. The cashier was very... kind and informative. She gave us some suggestions on some top sellers and made our mouths watery. Upon getting my French dipsandwich, the first one was cold and the roast beef was a little redder than what I like. I asked if they could cook it for justa few seconds longer. Joint getting the second sandwich, it was beyond burnt. It tasted like a piece of charcoal. It was soburnt that you could break the roast beef apart like a piece of wood. Nothing was done to resolve this dissatisfaction. Read more
Stopped to dine as a pit-stop from holiday shopping and we were pleasantly surprised! There were so many options to choose from... and each seemed just as enticing as the next. The young lady working was very friendly and welcoming and told us how to navigatethe menu, as it was our first time here. We decided to go with the Pecanberry Salad with Raspberry-Pecan Vinaigrette dressing,and a choose 2 option with the McAlister?s Club and the Spud Max.
