I drove 30 minutes with my friends to get there after looking at the reviews and what we got was disappointment. No service ,... hookah was choking me. I placed an order and it was not served. Finally when I was billed for it, servers were blaming eachother for not serving. The saddest part was the server lady was not even interested in serving and she was acting like we werehaving a free experience. I would never go there again and waste my time. Read more
One of the few remaining hookah lounges in the Richmond area after Covid closed down most of the other hookah cafes. Service... was good, staff was attentive and friendly. place was pretty empty when I got here on a Thursday eve around 9pm but picked upquick within an hour or so. I'd definitely come again... First experience here and it was Horrible!! Had to pay a $10 cover charge per person just to come inside to dine and to have an... uncomfortable table. When asked for better seating they wanted to charge $50-$150 for other sectionals which consisted of a sofajust against a wall. Was told we could only order off of the appetizer menu. After trying to order off of that menu which onlyconsisted of chicken wings, onion rings, fries and mozzarella sticks. They HAD NO CHICKEN, OR ONION RINGS. The waitress statedthe owner forgot to order food for this week. This place is very unorganized and not worth visiting.. Only good thing thathappen was getting the cover charge back and leaving..
