I've ate at this location many times, but my recent visit really tops the cake! I online ordered a large to-go order Sunday... morning for unexpected guests. Food was ready very quickly, I got to the stop light and someone knocked on my window. The youngman ran out in the pouring rain to tell me they forgot something. You don't get that quality of service anymore and I'm sothankful for the two employees who made my rainy Sunday so much better! Read more
Horrible chicken...this location is the worst place of any KFC I've eaten at across America! The chicken was so over cooked I... wanted original and I got extra crispy YUK! The service is horrible too! The only thing good was the sides from this order. Thisisn't the first time that I've had bad food so I decided that I've given them too many chances to improve but I won't use thislocation anymore...very sad and angry that they can't do better!! This is one of the few locations that always has the crispy chicken ready and available. Most other locations I'm told either... they don't have it or I have to wait 15 or 20 minutes. I have not had a good experience at this KFC in SEVERAL years. I don't know what happened but they either never have any chicken... or sides, or the chicken you do get it mushy & gross & the sweet tea always tastes like it's several days old. Read more
got food doordashed from this location. TERRIBLE! chicken was so raw it was unbelievable. fries were disgustingly cold and hard.... corn has absolutely no flavor. called the phone number multiple times to have this taken care of. and of course no answer. The manager wouldn?t give my husband the food we paid for after it was missing in our door dash order. Not only did we have to... drive to the restaurant after ordering delivery but she refused to give it to him. It was 2 drinks and fries. I can?t believe a?manager? has that kind of customer service. We went inside to order our meal to go. We ordered the 8 piece bucket with sides. The chicken was hot and delicious. We stood... waiting for a few minutes before the employees acknowledged us.
